Project RIO
Project RIO is a statewide employment referral program designed to reintegrate into the labor force persons previously sentenced to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice institutional division or committed to the Texas Youth Commission. The intent is to assist Project RIO job seekers with securing employment as quickly as possible through employment referrals and coordination with other Workforce support programs.
