Committees

The Education and Training Committee is responsible for providing policy guidance and recommendations related to the Board's role in the local education systems and in coordination with the activities of the business committee, will provide guidance on training methodologies and sites throughout the service area. Additionally, the committee will be responsible for helping promote workforce education or awareness activities within the service area and to reinforce the need for joint planning of key stakeholders. The Chair or his/her designee shall communicate appropriate information to the planning committee for consideration during the planning process.
